A mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi inspired exercises designed to strengthen, tone and increase flexibility.

This class helps improve balance, core stability and strength, essential parts of our daily lives.

Bootcamps

Combining strength. cardio and HIIT training, these 3 week courses run throughout the year and are designed to work and strengthen your full body!
Alongside the classes, you get full access to HT Fitness Online App so you can use the nutrition tools, do extra workouts and track your progress over the 3 weeks!
