Yogalates

A mixture of Yoga, Pilates, Dance and Tai Chi inspired exercises designed to strengthen and increase flexibility.
This 45min class uses body weight exercises to strengthen and tone also incorporating deep core work.

HIIT

30 mins of High Intensity Interval Training. 
This class will get your heart pumping and muscle burning!!

All you need is yourself and your mat, this class is all cardio and body weight resistance!

Full Body Resistance

30 mins of intense Resistance Training using weights and body weight to work your full body!!
This class is designed to get your muscles burning with weight based and mat exercises.
