Sports Massage

I love that I am now able to offer Sports Massage Therapy on top of our Personal Training sessions and classes, both in the studio and coming to you!

The benefits of massage are so many, not just if you are injured or experiencing discomfort but to keep your muscles healthy!

It's so good for your body to release tension and stress, flush out toxins, promote healing of tissues and improve the overall health of your muscles.

You also don't need to be an athlete to benefit from this!!!
Massage is good for EVERYONE! No matter how active or inactive you are, whether you exercise or not.

- Helps to alleviate muscle imbalances

I qualified as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist in January 2023 and I am currently studying for my Level 4 qualification as well.

Not only has this enabled me to help people and relieve muscular pains but it has also enhanced my skills as a Personal Trainer and the service I am able to give to all my clients, across the board.
