Ever have days where you just want to stay I'm this position all day??

Yep 🙋🏼‍♀️

We have all been there!

Feeling stressed at times is inevitably a part if life but there are things we can do to help ourselves!

BE KIND TO YOURSELF 💕

Take a break sometimes.

If your feeling overwhelmed then look at what you can do to take a bit of pressure off.

Can you share the load at all??

I'm so bad for not being able to ask for help when I am feel stressed and overwhelmed. It's like my brain just keeps piling the pressure on to prove to myself I can do it all and I am invisible 😅

Well all that has proved to me, repeatedly, is that I am definitely not 🤣

It ends in tears, always mine, and lots of cuddles 🤣🙏

Listen to your body too!

Sometimes a workout and sweating it out can really make you feel so much better in this situation....but sometimes it can have the opposite effect.

Sometimes a bit of Yoga or a walk are much more beneficial mentally than a gym beasting.

Exercise is stress on your body so if your already feeling close to breaking point then adding more on might not be the best idea, just for now.

Fresh air is always good for you though so if I'm doubt, get out!!!! 😅🥰

(Literally just came up with that and you know I'm using it again 🤣)
